Global Technical Realty

Global Technical Realty (GTR) is developing CH One, a significant 24MW data center located in Hausen bei Brugg, Switzerland, within the Zürich market. This three-story facility will encompass 11,315 sqm (121,793 sq ft) and house three data halls. The initial phase of operations is anticipated to commence in 2028.

CH One is designed with sustainability in mind, incorporating a rooftop solar system and plans to make its waste heat available for local heating networks. The data center is situated on 'Campus Reichhold', a 7.5-hectare former industrial site being transformed by GTR into a commercial hub.

GTR has appointed HIAG Immobilien Schweiz as the developer and Goldbeck Rhomberg as the general contractor for this project.
