DC-ESL-SE-CYGRIDS

Cygrids provides a high availability managed datacenter facility including critical infrastructure systems, like power and cooling. The target availability level is 100 percent uptime, excluding planned maintenance windows.
Access to the Datacenter is restricted and monitored.
Critical infrastructure includes functioning of all power and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air conditioning) infrastructure including UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), PDUs (Power Distribution Unit) and cabling, which form part of the co-location facility.
Infrastructure downtime exists when a particular electronic is shut down due to power or heat problems and Cygrids records such failure in the Cygrids monitoring system.
