Visit WebsiteThe Tillion Aragón data center campus is a hyperscale development led by Azora through its subsidiary Tillion Data Centers. Located in Villamayor de Gállego, Zaragoza, the project spans nearly 80 hectares and is positioned as a strategic digital infrastructure hub in Spain.
The campus is planned to deliver up to 300MW of IT capacity, with an initial phase of 150MW approved by Red Eléctrica. Construction is expected to begin in 2026, with operations starting in 2030. The full buildout will unfold over seven to eight years, with a projected operational lifespan of at least 18 years.
