Nabiax Alcalá Campus

The Nabiax Alcalá Campus, located in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain, is undergoing a substantial expansion with the addition of its third building, ADC3. This expansion will increase the campus's total IT capacity to over 100MW. The campus currently comprises ADC1, launched in 2013 with 4,800 sqm and 10MW of capacity, and ADC2, launched in 2022 with 6,000 sqm and 12MW of capacity. The overall expansion project involves an investment of approximately €800 million, aiming to grow Nabiax's total IT capacity from the current 35MW to 140MW in the coming years. Nabiax, founded seven years ago as a spin-off of Telefónica, is now entering a new growth phase, with potential international expansion being explored in Portugal, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Germany.
