Nostrum Cáceres Campus, developed by Ingenostrum under the CC Green project, is a planned data center located in Cáceres, Spain, at the Pol. Ind. las Capellanías. The company aims to have the facility operational by mid-2027. The project has an estimated investment of approximately €800 million. A key requirement for the data center is a substantial electrical power supply, with Ingenostrum having secured 34 MW and seeking an additional 186 MW to reach a total of 220 MW. The company is actively working on securing this power through inclusion in the 2027-2030 Transport Energy Network Development Plan. Ingenostrum has acquired approximately half of the 28 hectares designated for the project, with plans to develop office buildings for technology companies on the remaining land. The initial concept of an 'eco-industrial park' has been scaled back, with CC Green now exclusively referring to the data center itself.
