The site spans 15,000 m² (161,457 ft²) and supports scalable colocation environments. Power infrastructure includes N+1 UPS redundancy, while cooling systems operate with N+2 redundancy for high reliability. The facility runs on 100% renewable energy and holds a LEED Gold certification.

Security features include 24/7 onsite guards, biometric/photo badge access, and CCTV with 90-day backup. BCN1 is designed to support enterprise-grade deployments, from single cabinets to multi-megawatt suites, with robust infrastructure and sustainability at its core.
