Princeton Digital SE1, located in Incheon, South Korea, is a significant new data center development by Princeton Digital Group (PDG). Scheduled for construction to commence in Q4 2025 and completion in the first half of 2028, this facility will offer a substantial 48MW of capacity.
Purpose-built for hyperscale and AI workloads, SE1 is designed with high-density configurations and advanced cooling technologies. It aligns with PDG's commitment to sustainability, including Net Zero by 2030 and RE100 initiatives, incorporating energy-efficient systems.
The campus spans 11,000 sqm and is situated approximately 40 minutes from Central Seoul. The project is co-developed by ESR and Wide Creek Asset Management, with PDG overseeing the fit-out and operations. SE1 will be carrier-neutral, supporting a PUE of less than 1.28 and powered by two 154kV lines.
