The center is primarily leased by Kakao (92%) and LG CNS (8%), serving as a critical hub for disaster recovery and digital operations. Developed by Aegis Asset Management, with construction by Samsung C&T and design and operation by LG CNS, the facility exemplifies cutting-edge infrastructure. Its acquisition by Macquarie underscores the growing importance of data centers in supporting AI and cloud services, as well as Macquarie's commitment to expanding its digital infrastructure portfolio.
