Digital Edge - Seoul SEL3

Digital Edge - Seoul SEL3 is the second phase of a 96MW hyperscale data center campus located in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, South Korea. This expansion will add 60MW of capacity, completing the full 96MW campus. Designed for high-density and scalable deployments, SEL3 caters to the growing needs of hyperscale and enterprise customers in the Seoul metropolitan area. Construction commenced in May 2025, with a target Ready-for-Service (RFS) date in Q4 2027. SEL3 is being developed in partnership with SK ecoplant, the same company that delivered the adjacent SEL2 facility. SEL2, which became operational in August 2024, is Digital Edge's first hyperscale and AI-focused facility in Korea and has already seen significant leasing interest from major cloud and digital platform customers. The development of SEL3 underscores Digital Edge's commitment to South Korea's digital infrastructure and its strategy to support Asia-Pacific's digital transformation.
