The Johannesburg I Data Center, located in the bustling Waterfall City, represents a significant milestone as Vantage Data Centers' first foray into the African market. This state-of-the-art facility is strategically positioned just 30 kilometers from the OR Tambo International Airport, making it an accessible hub for both local and international businesses.
Spanning a vast 30 acres, the campus is set to house three data centers, providing a substantial 80MW of critical IT load capacity. The initial phase features a two-story building offering 16MW across 130,000 square feet, designed to support an average density of 300W/SF.
