Caprelion

Facility Overview

We provide a purpose-built, high-density AI POD infrastructure designed specifically to support next-generation GPU clusters. Our facility is engineered with a modular architecture that seamlessly integrates advanced power distribution and hybrid cooling systems, ensuring immediate readiness for NVL72-class deployments and providing clear upgrade paths for future NVL144, NVL288, and NVL576-class architectures.

Power & Cooling Infrastructure
Integrated Power Architecture: Dedicated grid connection, optimized transformer sizing, and coordinated switchgear tailored for high-density AI POD power envelopes.

Rack-Level Power Delivery: Fully integrated UPS, busway infrastructure, Rack Power Panels (RPP), and DC power shelf planning to ensure consistent power quality and fault tolerance.

Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling (DLC): Integrated CDU/XDU systems and in-rack manifolds designed as the primary thermal management solution for heavy GPU thermal envelopes.

Hybrid Heat Rejection: Comprehensive external heat rejection (cooling towers/dry coolers) combined with precision air cooling (CRAC/CRAH) to manage residual ambient thermal loads.

Connectivity & Network Readiness
High-Bandwidth Interconnects: Pre-planned infrastructure to support InfiniBand and high-speed Ethernet for extreme-bandwidth GPU cluster networking.

Optical Fiber Framework: Dedicated optical routing within the AI POD zones and between clusters for seamless, low-latency communication.

Carrier & External Fiber: Coordinated external carrier readiness and fiber pathways to ensure diverse, high-capacity connectivity to the site.

Compliance, Safety & Operations
Global Standards Alignment: Infrastructure designed in alignment with EN 50600, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 9001, and BREEAM sustainability principles.

Advanced Environmental Controls: Fully integrated power management, cooling controls, and environmental monitoring with redundancy-aligned failover logic.

Turnkey Handover: Structured commissioning and operations readiness framework, including strict fire safety system coordination and local permitting compliance.
