This 5-storey building offers a robust, resilient, and carrier-neutral platform with a gross floor area of 208,096 square feet and a floor loading capacity of up to 12.5 kN/sqm. The facility boasts robust power infrastructure with dual incoming feeders, fuel availability for 48 hours, and concurrently maintainable systems.

KDC SGP 5 is designed with a focus on reliability, security, and connectivity. It features dual piping for cooling, redundant water sources, and concurrently maintainable cooling systems. The data center is equipped with advanced fire protection systems, including gas suppression, pre-action sprinklers, and VESDA smoke detection. Security measures include 24/7 on-site security, CCTV monitoring, anti-climb perimeter fencing, vehicle trap systems, and access control with two-factor authentication. The facility offers a range of products and services, including dedicated suites, secure cabinets, business continuity planning seats, disaster recovery sites, and flexible floor plan configurations.
