Yas' Diamniadio Data Center is a Tier 3-certified facility located in Diamniadio, Senegal. Originally developed by SenConnect for Tigo, a subsidiary of Millicom, the data center was designed to alleviate network congestion in Dakar and enhance connectivity across the country.

This state-of-the-art facility plays a crucial role in Senegal’s digital transformation, serving as a regional technological hub. It is strategically positioned near the $120 million digital park being developed by the Senegalese government. The data center is connected to Tigo’s extensive fiber optic network, spanning 1,000 km (620 miles), ensuring seamless data transmission across the nation.
