XDS Riyadh

XDS DataCentres, in partnership with ICS Arabia, is developing a 10MW immersion-cooled data center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The facility will be designed and constructed by Desert Dragon Data Centers, a subsidiary of ICS, with handover to XDS expected by June 2026. As operator, XDS will manage the site for a 15-year term, deploying next-generation cooling systems to support high-performance, energy-efficient compute environments.

This will be XDS’s first operational presence in Saudi Arabia, marking a strategic expansion into one of the Middle East’s most dynamic digital markets. The Riyadh facility embraces liquid immersion cooling, zero-water systems, and reduced reliance on traditional HVAC, aligning with national sustainability goals and preparing for dense AI and blockchain workloads. It reflects Saudi Arabia’s broader digital ambitions under Vision 2030.
