Letsia HyperDC, a new data center project by UAE tech conglomerate Letsia, is set to launch in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with an investment of SAR50 million ($13.32m). Phase one will feature a 56,000 sq ft built-up area on an 86,000 sq ft land, offering 100-150 racks and targeting a 1.4 PUE. The facility is designed as a "green" data center, incorporating advanced cooling technologies to minimize water usage, renewable energy for consumption, eco-friendly materials, and green building practices. Letsia HyperDC will provide cloud platforms, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and AI-driven workloads for government organizations and regional businesses. Development is underway, with a pilot operational phase expected in February 2027. This project aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 for economic diversification through digital transformation.
