The National ICT Centre, operated by the SKN Department of Technology in Basseterre, Saint Kitts and Nevis, serves as the central hub for the nation's digital transformation initiatives.  Its mission is to empower citizens, improve public services, and drive economic growth through strategic technology applications. The center is committed to building a connected, inclusive, and secure digital society.  Key objectives include consolidating departmental networks with government-wide WAN connectivity, enhancing the government portal for a one-stop shop of digital services, and implementing VOIP telephony.  The center also focuses on improving IT service management, delivering digital skills training to public servants, and maintaining ISO 27001 information security certification.
