IXcellerate Vёshki (MOS11), located in Veshki, Russia, is a 40 MW data center built using brownfield technology within an existing 13,037 m² building. It is designed to provide 2,500 rack spaces with Tier III compliance and a guaranteed SLA of 99.982%.
The facility features robust electrical infrastructure with rack-level 2N redundancy, two independent power inputs from city substations, diesel generators, and UPS systems. The design PUE is 1.33, with standard rack loads of 12 kW, expandable up to 44 kW for high-performance systems.
Cooling is managed with N+1 redundancy, isolated hot aisles, and innovative LSV technology based on the cold wall principle, utilizing Free Cooler Chillers with Adiabatic Precooling to guarantee climate control according to ASHRAE standards.
Security is comprehensive, with 6 levels of physical security, 24/7 protected area monitoring, video surveillance, motion detectors, vestibule gateways, turnstiles, and strict access procedures. Fire safety includes an ultra-early smoke detection system, an integrated warning and alarm system, and a combined automatic gas and water mist fire extinguishing system.
Services offered include colocation, connectivity to telecom operators and cloud services, placement of high-load servers, and IT infrastructure security. Technical support is available 24/7/365 in Russian and English. The launch of the first stage is scheduled for the summer of 2026.
