Portland Trust Bucharest DC1

Portland Trust Bucharest DC1 is a new data center development by Portland Trust s.r.o. located in the Vitan neighborhood of Bucharest, Romania. The project involves the redevelopment and elevation of a former production hall belonging to ICEMENERG, transforming it into a two-storey building with a total built area exceeding 8,800 square meters. The data center is situated on a 27,734 square meter plot of land. Adjacent to the data center, a transformer station with a capacity of 110/20 kV will be constructed, housing two 50 MVA transformers and occupying approximately 1,400 square meters. The specialized operator for the data center's equipment, maintenance, and operation has not yet been designated.
