DC Reguły - Building 4

Hillwood Development Company is planning a significant data center development, DC Reguły, located in Reguły, Poland, southwest of Warsaw. The project is slated to comprise four buildings with a total capacity of 130MW, situated on a 40-hectare site. This initiative by Hillwood, a multinational property developer, has been in development since at least 2023. The location is within the Masovian Voivodeship. A public discussion regarding a draft spatial development plan took place in September 2023, aiming to regulate the future use of the land. While the plan initially aimed to restrict logistics centers and data processing facilities, discussions and potential compromises between Hillwood, local authorities, and residents are ongoing to determine the final form of the project.
