Situated within a passive building at Ligocka 103 in Katowice, Poland, this facility provides a secure environment for IT infrastructure. The site is strategically located near major communication hubs and the A4 motorway, ensuring regional accessibility.

Power and cooling infrastructure include two utility feed lines, three power generators, and redundant UPS systems. Environmental conditions are maintained via a chilled water cooling system utilizing freecooling technology.

Telecommunications resilience is supported by three independent fiber paths. The facility hosts operator nodes from leading telecommunications providers and integrates directly with the Play Group fiber optic network. The entire operation is managed through a SCADA system for integrated archiving and regulation.
