DL Invest Group

DL Invest Group is developing a new 50MW data center in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, located at Eugeniusza Kwiatkowskiego 71B. This facility is the first in a planned network of twelve across Europe, established through a joint venture with cloud gaming firm Boosteroid. The project is estimated to cost $1 billion and is projected for completion by 2028. It will include an AI development component.

This venture marks DL Invest Group's entry into the data center sector. The company, a significant Polish real estate investor since 2004, is leveraging its expertise in logistics and industrial properties. Boosteroid, an experienced partner, operates a GPU-based infrastructure network across 28 data centers in Europe and North America.

The Bielsko-Biała site is part of DL Invest Group's strategy to transform its real estate portfolio into a data center platform, with all facilities to be built on a Built-to-Suit (BTS) model tailored to global data center operators' needs.
