STT Fairview 1

STT Fairview 1 is a carrier-neutral data center located in Quezon City, Metro Manila, and marks the first phase of the four-building STT Fairview campus. With a gross floor area of 24,918 sqm and a net lettable space of 8,619 sqm, the facility is designed to meet the needs of hyperscale clients and enterprises alike. It features a design PUE of less than 1.4 and is equipped with N+4 adiabatic air-cooled chillers configured for concurrent maintainability, highlighting a focus on energy efficiency and operational resilience.

The facility supports up to 28MW of IT load as part of the broader 128MW campus, powered by dual diverse and redundant 115kV utility feeds. Its distributed 3N/2 UPS configuration includes lithium-ion batteries with five-minute backup capability and on-site fuel storage for up to 48 hours at full load. STT Fairview 1 is built to Tier III standards and pre-qualified for LEED Gold certification, with planned ISO and TVRA compliance, signaling alignment with global benchmarks in reliability and sustainability.

Security and connectivity are central to its design, with features like biometric access, RFID tracking, 24x7 video analytics, and multiple carrier and cloud service provider integrations via diverse fiber paths. Fire protection systems include VESDA, pre-action sprinklers, and IG-100 suppression, while structural resilience is ensured through slab-to-slab heights of up to 7m and floor loading capabilities of 15 kN/sqm. The site is set to be ready-for-service (RFS) in Q2 2025.
