Evolution DC Philippines is a significant data center development located in Gateway Business Park, General Trias, Cavite, Philippines. This campus is designed to offer a substantial 69MW of IT load capacity, with the first phase targeting a 23MW deployment over five years. The facility is slated for Ready For Service (RFS) in Q3 2026.

Developed by Evolution Data Centres in partnership with Megawide Construction Corp., the project spans 40,000 sqm. It will feature advanced cooling solutions, including both air and liquid cooling options, and is projected to achieve a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of less than 1.4. The Philippines' growing digital economy, driven by a young, tech-savvy population and strong GDP growth, makes this region attractive for technology investment. Evolution Data Centres is committed to renewable energy, partnering with Citicore Renewable Energy to supply 24/7 renewable power, leveraging the Philippines' abundant geothermal resources and its partially liberalized energy market.
