Iguazú AI City

Iguazu AI City, located in Yguazú, Paraguay, is a data center project designed for intensive AI computational tasks, including data processing and model training. The facility will house high-capacity IT infrastructure, advanced networking, and robust energy and cooling systems. The project involves the construction of Data Halls, electrical substations, control rooms, and administrative offices. An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIAp) has been conducted, detailing potential impacts on the physical, biological, and socio-economic environments. The project aims to mitigate these impacts through a comprehensive Environmental Management Plan (PGA), including measures for waste management, water supply via artesian wells, and emergency procedures. The facility is being developed on a 87.7-hectare site and is scheduled for completion in 2026.
