Developed through a 50:50 joint venture between Magnora Data Center and Blix Group AS, the facility is situated in the former Norwegian Payment Clearing House (Bankenes Betalingssentral) premises. This location offers immediate access to power, cooling, and connectivity suitable for a modern data center. The facility begins with 1MW of power capacity, with technical studies indicating potential for expansion up to 9MW. It is designed for high-density infrastructure, incorporating Rear Door Heat Exchangers (RDHx) and Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) to support densities of up to 100kW per rack. Blix Group, a colocation services provider, already operates its Blix NR5 Oslo data center in the same building.
