Kasi Cloud

Kasi Cloud LOS1, located in Lekki, Lagos, is Nigeria's pioneering 100MW AI-focused hyperscale data center campus. Spanning 42 hectares, the facility is purpose-built for artificial intelligence workloads, designed from the ground up to accommodate high-density GPU racks and advanced computing demands.

The first building on the campus features six floors, with four dedicated data halls, each designed for 8MW capacity, contributing to a total of 32MW per facility. The campus is engineered to scale up to 100MW of commercially available power. Construction began in April 2022, with initial operations expected to commence in Q2 2026, starting with 5.5MW capacity.

Kasi Cloud LOS1 emphasizes robust infrastructure, including four independent high-voltage power feeds for A and B redundancy, and utilizes solid busbars for efficient power distribution. It is designed for rack densities ranging from 10 to 100 kW, supporting liquid cooling directly to the chipset. Advanced cooling systems with magnetic drive components and triple HEPA filtration are implemented to manage heat and environmental factors. The facility also incorporates lithium-ion batteries for UPS systems and multi-layered fire suppression technologies.

A significant network interconnection space is integrated, designed to be larger than many existing data centers in Lagos, with deep fiber conduits for future-proofing. The campus aims to foster a digital ecosystem by attracting complementary infrastructure and service providers.
