Global Layer

Global Layer is a network and IP transit provider operating its own autonomous system (AS49453) with points of presence in the Netherlands and Belgium. The network combines multiple upstream transit providers with an extensive peering setup, delivering low-latency, redundant IP connectivity across Europe.

Global Layer offers IP transit with BGP sessions (full tables, default routes or custom filtering), IPv4 and IPv6 connectivity, and RPKI-signed routing for all announced prefixes. Points of presence include maincubes AMS02 (Amsterdam/Schiphol area), Iron Mountain AMS01 (Haarlem), Digital Realty AMS9 (Amsterdam Science Park), Datacenter United (Antwerp, Belgium) and Teraco JB3 (Johannesburg, South Africa).

The company serves hosting providers, ISPs, and enterprises requiring reliable wholesale IP connectivity. Through its sister brand Instant Dedicated, the group also delivers dedicated servers and managed colocation from the same facilities.

Global Layer is part of a Dutch/Belgian hosting group with nearly two decades of experience in network infrastructure and datacenter operations.
