The project, spearheaded by US startup Iozera.ai, aims to democratize access to advanced AI computing resources, enhancing GPU-based processing for researchers, startups, and businesses globally. Construction is slated to begin in Q4 2024, with an anticipated operational launch in Q2 2026. The facility will also include Ryse Research, an incubator for startups, an education center, and an "AI Expo."
