N+ONE Datacenters is developing a new data center in Nouaceur, Casablanca, Morocco. The facility will span 2,000 square meters and is expected to be operational in 2024.

N+ONE, founded in 2008, is a leading Moroccan data center operator with existing facilities in Casablanca and expansion plans in Senegal and Nigeria. The company specializes in colocation, cloud services, and managed IT solutions, supporting businesses with secure and scalable infrastructure.

This new data center aligns with Morocco’s digital transformation strategy, aiming to enhance cloud services and data security for national and international markets. The project is backed by African Infrastructure Investment Managers (AIIM), reinforcing its strategic importance.
