The Nexus AI Factory, located in Nouaceur, Morocco, is an integrated infrastructure project by Nexus Core Systems. It comprises a high-performance computing (HPC) data center, a Center of Excellence for services and skills transfer, and an Innovation Hub for incubating future solutions.
The project involves a phased investment totaling 12 billion dirhams. Phase 1, the "Hub de Nouaceur," dedicates 5 billion dirhams to activate a 16 MW capacity and create 50 direct jobs. Phase 2, "Expansion Nord," will deploy an additional 7 billion dirhams for a further 20 MW capacity, bringing the cumulative capacity to 36 MW by the end of 2027 and creating a total of 125 direct jobs.
This initiative aims to strengthen Morocco's digital and artificial intelligence capabilities, positioning the Kingdom as a continental technology and industrial hub.
