MyTelehaus Petaling Jaya

This development is a collaboration involving a joint venture between Singaporean property developer Lum Chang and Malaysian investor Tien Wah, operating as Lum Chang Tien Wah Property Sdn Berhad. The joint venture partners will be responsible for the construction of the data center's core and shell, covering an area of 1.61 acres. MyTelehaus will oversee the design, build, funding, supply, installation, fit-out, testing, and commissioning of the mechanical and electrical components. Kuala Lumpur is recognized as a significant data center hub in Malaysia, primarily serving as a colocation and cloud center.
