TM Nxera Iskandar Puteri is a significant data center development in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia, established through a joint venture between Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) and Singapore Telecommunications Ltd (Singtel), operating under the JV entity ST Dynamo DC.

The project is designed for progressive scaling, with a long-term target capacity of up to 200MW. TM DC Educity Sdn Bhd holds a 51% stake in the JV, while Nxera My Pte Ltd holds the remaining 49%. The total committed equity funding for the JV entity is estimated at RM1.15 billion.
The land acquisition from River Retreat Sdn Bhd for RM178.23 million reflects its potential for data center use. The JV and land acquisition are anticipated to be completed by the first half of 2025, subject to necessary approvals.
