Racks Central RCJM1

Racks Central RCJM1 is a new hyperscale-class greenfield development located in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia, strategically positioned as a regional compute hub for AI and high-performance workloads. Situated across the Singapore Strait, the facility will deliver up to 90MW of critical IT load, with scalable deployment phases to accommodate growing demand from digital infrastructure operators and hyperscale tenants.

Purpose-built with advanced power and cooling systems, RCJM1 is optimized for liquid-ready, high-density rack configurations, making it ideal for AI factory deployments, GPU clusters, and next-generation cloud-native applications. Its hybrid architecture supports seamless integration of traditional enterprise IT, HPC, and AI workloads.

As a carrier-neutral facility, it benefits from multiple dark fibre routes and subsea cable landing access points, ensuring redundant, low-latency connectivity to Racks Central's Tier III+ facility in Tai Seng, Singapore. This cross-border architecture enables active-active deployment strategies and meets the performance needs of latency-sensitive workloads and federated AI model training.
