GDC Sedenak (SDK1)

Global Data Centre (GDC) is developing GDC Johor, a 21-MW AI data center located in Sedenak Tech Park, Kulai, Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The facility is situated on 3.166 acres and is engineered for high-density computing, featuring a rack density of 125 KW per rack. Upon completion, GDC Johor will have the capacity to house up to 1,000 racks and is designed with a Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE) of 1.25. Power is anticipated to be available by Q2 2026. The data center's AI capabilities are substantial, with the potential to host 10,000 GPU-chip clusters, including models like 4090, 5090, H100, and H200, and is prepared for future high-performance chip advancements.
