DayOne Gerbang Nusajaya is a planned data center facility located on a 65-acre land parcel in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia. The acquisition was made by DayOne Data Centers from Malaysian property group Paragon Globe for RM398 million. The site is situated in Gerbang Nusajaya, a mixed-development hub that includes Nusajaya Tech Park, an area known for its data center clusters. DayOne, an APAC-focused company spun out of GDS in 2025, has a significant portfolio of over 500MW of data center capacity in service and under construction, with an additional 500MW planned for future development across various Asian locations and recently expanding into Finland. The company has secured $4.5 billion in equity financing to support its data center expansion plans.
