Infinaxis Cyberjaya 1 is a Tier III-targeted data center located in Malaysia’s Multimedia Super Corridor. The seven-story facility includes five levels of data halls, housing up to 1,341 cabinets across nine suites. It is GREENRE GOLD rated and IFC compliant, with a design focused on energy efficiency and high-density deployments.

The site supports up to 12MW of IT load, backed by dual 33kV power feeds and flexible UPS configurations ranging from N+1 to 2N. Cooling is provided by N+1 water-cooled chillers, with optional liquid cooling environments supporting up to 30kW per rack. The facility targets a PUE of 1.4 and offers renewable energy credits.

Connectivity includes dark fiber links to a nearby internet exchange (340 meters), access to global Tier 1 carriers, and diverse, redundant points of entry. Security is multi-layered, featuring biometric access, mantraps, and 24/7 surveillance. Operational support is delivered through a dedicated service center with ISO 20000 compliance and full DCIM integration.

Gaw Capital Partners and A3 Capital announced a joint venture to develop data centers across Asia. They first announced the Cyberjaya facility in February 2023.
