VDC4 is one of Telecentras’ newest Tier III-certified data centers, launched in 2024 in Vilnius, Lithuania, as part of the country’s national digital infrastructure modernization. Built alongside VDC3, it is designed to support the consolidation of IT systems from hundreds of public institutions.
The facility delivers 1.5MW of IT power and features redundant systems for power, cooling, and connectivity, ensuring 99.982% availability. It is integrated into Telecentras’ DWDM fiber backbone and benefits from proximity to the Vilnius TV Tower and other core infrastructure.
VDC4 is engineered for high security and energy efficiency, with ISO-certified operations and a strong focus on sustainability. Like VDC3, it is expected to contribute waste heat to the city’s district heating network and leverage on-site solar power as part of Telecentras’ broader green strategy.
