Data Center Valley

Data Center Valley, located in Ekibastuz, Kazakhstan, is a significant data center campus project developed by KT-Telecom LLP. The project is designed as a comprehensive AI infrastructure hub, encompassing main data center buildings, energy centers, AI factories, administrative facilities, and external utility networks. Phase 1 of the development includes a 50 MW facility, with plans for expansion. The campus is anchored by an existing 215 MW substation, with a strategic pathway to scale power capacity up to 1 GW as the wider cluster grows. Data Center Valley offers diverse investment and business models, including wholesale colocation, build-to-suit, and greenfield development, aiming to attract international hyperscalers and AI companies. Partnerships with entities like Energy Capital Global, Firebird AI, and NVIDIA underscore its role as a burgeoning AI-infrastructure cluster.
