The facility is strategically located outside hazard map danger zones, reducing risks from tsunamis and flooding. Fire prevention systems include a 50-meter buffer from adjacent buildings, nitrogen gas suppression, and ultra-sensitive smoke detection.

Ube iDC offers 560 square meters of server space across two floors. Cooling is managed through floor-blowing air conditioning for efficient thermal control.

Its location provides convenient access to Yamaguchi Ube Airport, JR Shin-Yamaguchi Station, and the Sanyo Expressway Ube Interchange, supporting both operational logistics and client accessibility.
