Goodman Tsukuba Campus is a significant data center development located in Tsukuba City, Japan, approximately 50km from Tokyo. The campus is situated on 45 hectares of land acquired by Goodman in 2022. Goodman has entered into agreements for a substantial 1GW data center campus development. The initial phase involves a 50MW facility, for which site preparation and infrastructure works are currently in progress. This first data center is anticipated to be completed in 2026. Goodman has already secured a Heads of Agreement for the construction and lease of this initial facility to a customer. The company has been actively collaborating with power, water, and communications providers to ensure the site is fully prepared for development.
