Secure Data Center TC4

Secom Trust Systems is currently developing the Secure Data Center TC4, a large-scale, high-security facility scheduled to open in October 2025 in Tokyo, Japan. Designed with 1,000 rack capacity and over 8,700 m² of total floor space, TC4 is engineered for colocation and hybrid cloud environments, including support for on-premise, private, and public cloud integration.

The facility emphasizes sustainability, using 100% renewable energy—sourced from solar, wind, and hydro—along with geothermal-assisted air-water cooling systems and rooftop/wall greening for thermal efficiency. It also features earthquake-resistant construction, dual power feeds from separate substations, and full backup systems including diesel generators and UPS units.

Security is reinforced by on-site Secom personnel, multi-layer access controls, and real-time surveillance. Strategically located within 30 minutes of central Tokyo but on stable, non-seismic ground, TC4 is built to maintain operations during natural disasters and provide resilient, trusted infrastructure for enterprise clients.
