Princeton Digital TY1 - DC1

The Princeton Digital TY1 Campus, located in Saitama, Japan, is a significant data center development situated 30km north of central Tokyo. The campus spans a land area of 33,000 sqm and is designed to offer substantial capacity and colocation space. Currently, DC1 is operative, with DC2 under construction. The entire campus will provide a total capacity of 96 MW and a colocation area of 58,860 m². Saitama city is chosen for its land and power stability, scalability, and robust connectivity to Tokyo, facilitating expansion and growth opportunities. The facility boasts direct connectivity to the Central Business District and convenient access to Tokyo and major airports via expressway routes and high-speed rail.
