Designed as a smart building, the data center features individual air conditioning, a 2,500 mm room height with a 500 mm raised floor, and a floor load capacity of 600 kg/m². It is powered by three special high-voltage lines and includes emergency generators and UPS systems for uninterrupted operations.

Security is reinforced through a multi-layered system using non-contact IC cards. The building’s versatility allows it to function as a data center, R&D facility, or back office, supporting a range of enterprise needs.
