FLOW Digital Infrastructure has commenced construction of a new data center campus in Tokyo, Japan, strategically located in the heart of the city, close to existing data center hubs like Otemachi and Toyosu. The campus will consist of two buildings, TK7 and TK8, with a projected total IT load of 30MW. TK7, the first building, will offer 6MW of IT load and is slated for service commencement in Q1 2027. This development aims to support the accelerating digital economy and AI adoption in Japan by providing flexible, scalable, and state-of-the-art colocation solutions. The new campus will be one of the largest colocation facilities in the Tokyo metropolitan area, catering to hyperscalers and enterprises. This expansion is a key milestone for FLOW's growth in the Asia Pacific region, reinforcing its commitment to Japan as a priority market. The addition of TK7 and TK8 will increase FLOW's portfolio to over 170MW of IT capacity across 11 assets in Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, and Malaysia.
