Slated to be operational by September 2025, the ESR Higashikurume Data Center represents a strategic expansion of ESR's digital ecosystem across the Asia-Pacific region. The location is chosen for its prime position in Tokyo, which serves as a major hub for international firms and a key landing point for submarine cables connecting Asia with the western United States.

This project underscores Japan's global standing as the third most attractive location for data centers, driven by high data consumption, extensive mobile broadband penetration, and a large market size.
