DPDC Shinagawa Konan

DPDC Shinagawa Konan Site is a high-rise data center in Minato Ward, Tokyo. Located approximately one kilometer from JR Shinagawa Station, the facility occupies the former site of the Nippon Express Tokyo Bay Area branch and is strategically positioned near major transport and network hubs.

The building will rise seven stories above ground with a total height of 59.5 meters. It features a steel-frame structure with seismic isolation and is supported by pre-cast concrete piles. The total floor area will span 23,837 square meters, with a building footprint of 3,410 square meters on a 5,773 square meter plot.

Construction began in June 2022 and is scheduled for completion in September 2024. The project is being developed by Daiwa House Industry, which also serves as the architect and general contractor. The exterior design incorporates beige and black stripes to enhance visual appeal while maintaining the secure, windowless façade typical of data center architecture.
