AirTrunk TOK2 - Building 2, located in Ome City, Tokyo Prefecture, Japan, is an 8-story facility with a gross floor area of 40,790.27 m². It provides a capacity of up to 50 MW. The construction was managed by Daiwa House Industry, with POD module installation by Obayashi Corp. / Nihon Comsys JV for client ADSJ. This building is part of the AirTrunk TOK2 Campus (Tokyo West), which boasts a total capacity of over 110 MW across 4.6 ha. The campus features a design PUE of 1.15, a 66kV high-voltage power supply, and guarantees 100% availability SLA. It is also carrier-neutral with multiple connectivity entry paths.
