AirTrunk TOK2 - Building 1 is the initial phase of the AirTrunk TOK2 Campus, also known as Tokyo West, located in Ome City, Tokyo Prefecture, Japan. This facility offers an initial capacity of 30 MW. The broader campus is designed to deliver over 110 MW of power, with Building 2 providing up to 50 MW and a planned Building 3 set to match Building 2's scale. The campus spans 4.6 hectares and features an 8-story building with a gross floor area of 40,790.27 m². It is engineered for high reliability with a 100% availability SLA and a design PUE of 1.15. Connectivity is carrier-neutral, supported by multiple entry paths and a 66kV high-voltage power supply.
