ADA Tokyo West 1-2

ADA Tokyo West 1 (TKW1) is a 31 MW multi-phase data center campus located in Tokyo, Japan, designed to serve enterprise and hyperscale customers. The campus comprises three 3-story buildings, each with an approximate 10 MW IT load, and features an on-site substation with 50 MVA power secured by TEPCO. Building 1 (TKW1-1) will offer 10 MW IT load, with the first 5 MW data hall customer-ready in May 2025, providing wholesale and small-to-mid scale leasing options. Buildings 2 and 3 are slated for completion in 2027 and offer 10 MW and 11 MW IT loads respectively, with high-density AI hardware capabilities including liquid cooling readiness. The facility boasts a designed PUE of 1.37 (annualized average) and WUE=0, utilizing no evaporative heat rejection. It is 100% clean energy enabled and targets LEED BD+C Datacenter GOLD certification. Strategically situated in a hazard-free zone with multiple fiber entry points, TKW1 offers a network-rich connectivity environment. The campus adheres to rigorous physical and cybersecurity protocols, including ISO27001, SOC2, and PCI-DSS certifications, with 24/7/365 onsite security personnel and multifactor access controls.
