Digital Realty's NRT11 data center is a 36-megawatt facility situated in the strategically important Inzai data center cluster within Greater Tokyo, Japan. This development is part of the "Tokyo Connected Campus @ Inzai" roadmap. The acquisition of the land for this site is expected to close in the first quarter of 2020. NRT11 is located in close proximity to another five-acre parcel acquired earlier, which is slated to support the development of a 38-megawatt facility (NRT10).
